Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Deposits

  • A non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure your date and time for all packages and services. Your date is not officially held until this deposit is received and confirmed in writing.

  • The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to or on the day of the event, as specified in your booking confirmation. Failure to settle the balance may result in services being withheld.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

  • All booking deposits are strictly non-refundable as they cover administrative costs and lock out our team from taking other bookings for your date.

  • Cancellations made within 30 days of the event date may be subject to full payment of the remaining balance, unless a mutually agreed alternative date can be secured.

3. Venue Requirements and Access

  • The client is responsible for ensuring the venue provides adequate space (typically a minimum of 3m x 3m for booths/mirrors and dance floors), a reliable standard power supply within close proximity, and safe, unobstructed access for setup and pack-down.

  • Any delays caused by restricted venue access, incorrect setup information, or lack of power may result in reduced operating time without a refund.

4. Equipment Safety and Conduct

  • Our team reserves the right to suspend or stop operations immediately if any equipment is mishandled, or if our staff, equipment, or props are subjected to abusive, threatening, or unsafe behavior by guests or attendees.

  • The client will be held financially liable for any malicious damage, loss, or theft of equipment caused by guests during the event

5. Performance and Force Majeure

  • While we make every effort to ensure equipment functions seamlessly, we cannot be held responsible for operational failures resulting from unforeseen technical faults beyond our control, power outages provided by the venue, or extreme weather conditions.

  • In the rare event of a severe force majeure occurrence (such as extreme weather, government restrictions, or major transport emergencies) preventing us from attending, all monies paid will be refunded in full, which shall constitute full and final settlement.

6. Image Rights and Social Media

  • Unless otherwise requested in writing prior to the event, booking our services grants Eventz Photo Booth permission to use photographs and digital captures taken during the event for promotional purposes on our website and social media channels.
